Find out more about dressage at Caboolture Dressage Group’s protocol day at QSEC. Existing horse riders and those new to horse riding can learn all about the sport and get tips on their riding.

Protocol sessions with Irene Bakels-Noreen

Existing dressage riders can book into a 30-minute session with dressage judge and coach Irene Bakels Noreen.

Ride your test of choice and Irene will give you feedback on how to improve your movements and scores.

Cost per session is $61.50, including first aid levy and ground service fee.

Introduction to dressage with Karen Herald

If you are new to dressage or need a refresher, join Caboolture Dressage Group president and dressage judge Karen Herald for a friendly introduction to the sport.

You will learn:

• general rules, attire and what to expect at a competition
• about gear checks - what are they, where do they happen and when do you do them?
• how to present to the judge.

This 45-minute session is free to members. Make sure you bring a chair.
