QSEC is home to hundreds of events every year, providing world class facilities to the south east Queensland region. With one of the country's largest covered sand arenas, among a whole host of state-of-the-art facilities, the premier equestrian sport and multipurpose venue is home to everything from showjumping and dressage to music festivals and old school car shows.

Show Horse Council QLD Horse of the Year

Whole Venue

This annual event will see 70 classes held over three days. The prestigious qualifying events gives participants the opportunity to qualify for the Sydney Grand Nationals.

QLD Riding Pony Champion of Champions

Outdoor Arena Complex

Led and ridden classes for adult Show Ponies and Show Hunter Ponies with winners qualifying for the National RPSBS Champion of Champion Shows.

Australasian Police & Emergency Services Games

Whole Venue

First held in 1984, the Aust. National Police Games were founded with the intention of bringing personnel together under the common banner of sport. This was expanded to competitors from New Zealand and Pacific nations and from 1999 all full-time Emergency Services personnel were invited to compete. The Equestrian program will include Show Jumping, Sporting, Show Horse, Dressage, Western and Reining.
